Pickled Green BeansPickling Liquid:
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of non-iodized salt
Enough beans to loosely fill a pint jar
- 5 or 6 crushed garlic cloves
- 5-6 sprigs fresh dill (or 2-3 teaspoons dry dill)
- 1 tablespoon peppercorns
Put the fresh beans, garlic, dill and peppercorns in a jar. Make and per the pickling liquid over them. When room temperature, close the jar and refrigerate at least an hour. Enjoy!
